We understand that plans change! To reserve your date, a non-refundable retainer of 25% is required.  Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund.  For cancellations made within 0-29 days of the event, the retainer is non-refundable, but a one time complimentary date change is allowable with the original retainer payments transferred to a rescheduled day within 12 months, subject to availability.  

Booking Deposit: A 25% retainer is required to lock in the date and is only refundable with minimum of 30 days written notice prior to the event date.

Within 14 Days of the Event: The total balance is due and is non-refundable.

Date Changes: One complimentary date change is usually permitted if requested at least 14 days in advance, subject to equipment and staffing availability.
